Had lunch here today...(Friday) and loved the calm vibe. The service here is terrific. The food was all delicious. We started with an eggplant Parmesan, and the best focaccia in New York City. Definitely homemade and unique - ask for it. I had a Caesar salad with salmon on the side... Simple, but absolutely delicious. I had anchovies also. We all had salads and everybody was happy. The coffee is excellent as well. We do not have dessert.

We had an excellent dinner at Cellini while visiting NYC. Our Mixed Green Salad was nice and fresh. The Shrimp al Limone and Lobster Ravioli were delicious. And we enjoyed the Ricotta Cheesecake for dessert. The service was very good. The restaurant was a little bit loud but it quieted down as people left. We really enjoyed our dinner. Thank you!

Must visit Italian cuisine restaurant if you are around Madison Ave at New York. Great choices to pick from the spread of Antipasti (Appetizers), Insalate (Salad), Pasta, Risotto, Peace( For Pesceterians), Carne (Meat based). You will certainly find an option regardless of your dietary preferences. Staff was very humble and prompt in addressing questions and helping with the selection. Service was quick(partly as we visited after 7 PM). I would recommend making an appointment before the visit as it can get busy often.

Today was the third or fourth time that I've dined at Cellini, but it has been about 10 years since I was here the last time. This experience was extremely memorable as the food was absolutely outstanding, way better than I remembered the previous experiences. It was truly one of the best Italian meals that I have ever had. I will 100% be back a lot sooner the next time!

This place was highly recommended to me by my clients and it delivered. I was on my own and had a delicious dinner consisting of: Bourbon Old Fashion to start. Then a Caesar salad where each whole leaf was dressed individually with house made Caesar dressing- lightly garlicky with a hint of anchovy along with Parmesan shavings and light croutons- loved it! Main course was chicken Parmesan. The chicken cutlets were pounded thin and lightly breaded. The tomato sauce was made from fresh pomodoro tomatoes that I believe were grated and lightly sauteed with garlic and olive oil and covered with mozzarella cheese all on top of the cutlets. It was the best chicken Parmesan I ever had! The balance of flavors was perfect. It was Italian comfort food at its best. The rest of the menu looked great and I will definitely be back to explore it the next time I’m in town.

Food was amazing. No need to go to Little Italy. (I also thought this restaurant was better than many of the restaurants I've been to in North Beach (SF)). Highly recommend!!

My Favorite Italian Restaurant in Manhattan If you’re looking for an authentic Italian dining experience in Manhattan, look no further than this charming family-owned gem that has been delighting patrons for nearly 30 years. The warmth of the staff, many of whom have been with the restaurant since its inception, creates a welcoming atmosphere where you’re sure to see familiar faces on every visit. The food is nothing short of spectacular, with everything made fresh in-house. My personal favorites are the Gnocchi and Lobster Ravioli, both of which are rich in flavor and expertly crafted. Each dish showcases the restaurant's commitment to quality and tradition. The extensive wine selection is another highlight, with options available by the glass, making it easy to find the perfect pairing for your meal. I particularly enjoy the Chardonnay from Glenville, which is served in generously sized glasses—perfect for savoring every sip. The restaurant spans three floors, adding to its charm and accommodating various dining experiences. The wine cellar downstairs is ideal for private parties, offering a unique setting for special occasions. If you haven't checked this place out yet, you absolutely should. It’s a true treasure in Manhattan’s dining scene!
